Refunds are available for any purchase made directly through our web shop within 15 days of receipt of the product. If you purchased your Liber8tech Product from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.
Basic requirements of the refund
To qualify for a refund, please follow below process and make sure that the circumstances of your case do meet the requirements.
- Please return the Product(s) to Liber8Tech Hungary Kft using a courier supplier that provides a tracking number and please inform Liber8Tech team of that tracking number (contact email@example.com for the postal address and other details related to the return).
- Please make sure that the Returned Product(s) are in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with the purchase of the returned Product(s) must be included with your return.
Please note that if these conditions are not there, the refund is void.
Additional terms and conditions of all Product returns:
- Please note that shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- Regarding the return shipment, you are responsible for and shall prepay all shipping charges for the return of the Product and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Liber8Tech
- Return shipping fee is covered by the customer unless the reason of the return is warranty-related. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the right size at the order phase and the customer shall be the bearer of the cost for both ways of shipping in case of size changes.
- In case of warranty-related issues, the return shipping fee is covered by Liber8tech Hungary. This process includes an investigation phase when the error log of the product is checked by Liber8tech to make sure there had been no physical damage to the Product. - We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product itself and guarantees that the product meets the standards of usability, reliability and durability.

How do I request a refund?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the details related to the refund, but prior to that please make sure that all the conditions listed at the “Basic requirements of the return” are apt to your case.
How do I cancel my order?
You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order might have already been shipped. Orders may be cancelled before they get to the shipment stage. If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification with the expected date of the shipment.
When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will appear on your debit card or credit card 3 - 5 business days after cancellation.
